E2E Supply Chain Resilience Business Analyst

Your responsibilities would include:
- Delivering the procurement stream within the highly strategic E2E Supply Chain Resilience project – aimed to reduce supply chain waste and enable the company to navigate turbulent supply market situations.
- Building the E2E supply chain resilience capability through the delivery of selected projects
- Providing interpretation of outputs into supplier & business actions to enable supply continuity
- Embed insights and the capability across supply chain, procurement and finance and at global, regional and local levels.
- Working in close collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders at senior levels, to generate first time right insights quality for decision making. Working in complex environment with many different sources of data
- Cutting through a highly complex data landscape with diversified data sources and levels of maturity, which when combined provide business insights to improve performance in terms of savings, control and efficiency.
- Establishing, developing & working with complex consolidated data sources, which when combined provide business insights which help protect the security of supply and cut out supply chain waste.
- Working as lead of a cross functional team within an Agile environment to deliver successful results to maximise business benefits with high ease of use, delivering required developments and driving continuous improvement plans
You are a good candidate if you have:
- Procurement, Production or Planning experience in multi-nationals
- Experience in Finance, Analytics
- Strong & practical experience working with data, deep understanding of Procurement & Supply Chain processes
- Strong abilities to connect and deliver in order to identify and drive continuous improvement.
- Excellent analytical skills to be on top of the content and to lead the design fulfilling new requirements.
- Strong stakeholder management skills to work within cross functional programs in a stressful environment.
- Good communication & change management skills to ensure embedding at all layers is successful.
- Ability to see the wider picture to facilitate cross functional collaboration
- Ability to build collaborative relationships across different stakeholder groups both centrally & in OpCo.
- Capability of managing working under pressure and being able to manage multiple tasks / situations at any one time, working with other project members works who need support / guidance
- Fluent English (C1)
