As a Digital I&O Analyst on the Collaboration & End User Devices (EUD) Team, you will play a crucial role in supporting HEINEKEN’s multi-cloud strategy, including Greencloud, Microsoft Azure, AWS, and T-Systems. This role involves managing and improving services, aligning them with HEINEKEN’s business needs, and ensuring that all employees have access to efficient, secure, and reliable digital tools.
 

Your responsibilities would include:
 

  • Collaborating on Product Requirements: Support the Product Owner by gathering and defining requirements with key stakeholders, ensuring clarity and alignment on value definition.
  • Creating and Managing Product Backlogs: Translate business needs into detailed user stories, backlogs, and acceptance criteria, supporting the development process.
  • Driving Solution Consistency: Work to ensure that all solutions are consistent with HEINEKEN’s standards, quality, and compliance requirements.
  • Managing Solution Quality: Oversee the technical quality of solutions, addressing technical debt, and making improvements where needed.
  • Maintaining Technology Awareness: Stay informed about emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices, evaluating their relevance to HEINEKEN’s needs.
  • Selecting New Technologies: Participate in technology selection processes to ensure the right tools and solutions are chosen.
  • Ensuring Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure that all necessary inputs are provided, supporting the Product Team’s success.
     

You’re a good candidate if you have:
 

  • 7-10 years of experience in the Collaboration and End User Devices (EUD) field
  • 5 years of experience working with external vendors and managing contracts
  • 3-5 years of experience in agile, multicultural environments
  • A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Telecom, Electronics, or related fields
  • Strong technical proficiency in IT, along with skills in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and financial modeling
  • Excellent English communication skills (additional languages are a plus)
  • Preferably, experience with Business Intelligence Tools and project management certification
