Decommission Manager

As part of the global DBB Transformation Programme, we are looking for a Decommission Manager who will play a critical role in simplifying our D&T landscape and delivering on decommissioning savings by leading the post-Go Live phase of system and process phase-outs.
This is a strategic and visible role ideal for someone with strong transformation experience and proven ability to influence across functions.

Your responsbilities would include:

• defining and leading the overall decommissioning strategy and roadmap
• identifying systems, processes, or assets for decommissioning and assessing related risks
• developing communication and stakeholder engagement plans
• ensuring compliance with data privacy, legal, and regulatory standards
• planning and overseeing data migration or archival, ensuring data integrity and accessibility
• securing resources and coordinating activities needed for decommissioning
• supporting business continuity and knowledge transfer throughout the process
• monitoring progress and aligning outcomes with the value drivers of the DBB Programme
  
  
  You're a good candidate if you have:

• 5+ years of managerial experience 
• deep understanding of business transformation programs and how to align them with strategic value drivers 
• strong stakeholder management and influencing capabilities
• ability to integrate various perspectives into one actionable concept
• proven track record in team leadership and cross-functional collaboration
• a structured approach with strong communication skills
• fluency in English (written and spoken)
