Data Integration Analyst

Your responsibilities would include:
- defining and maintaining the mapping rules from underlying OpCo systems into Central Finance
- managing the scope of data objects mappings per functional area
- prforming Ataccama CFIN Data Integrity check on Reference and Master Data
- resolving Data related CFIN replication incidents
- monitoring newly created Reference Data and driving the process of configuring them in Central Finance
- responding to OpCo and CFIN SO queries on Master Data related errors of different kind
- monitoring of the errors resolution process and following up on the progress to ensure timely turn around
- close cooperation with various stakeholders (including OpCo, CFIN SO, Leadership) to deliver the expected results
- being the Point of Contact for the OpCo for any CFIN Data – related topics, and the bridge between OpCo – CFIN SO – Operations Team
- running regular reporting on SNOW ticket management and team performance (internal and external)
- taking ownership of the execution of the CFIN Data related activities
- cooperating with Regional Data Lead to address issues and improve CFIN Data replication
- taking ownership of driving any CFIN data related topics
- proposing and delivering Data Cleansing and Data Quality plan for eliminating errors in integration and imrpoving CFIN Data Replication
- representing Data during meetings with stakeholders like OpCo or CFIN SO.
You are a good candidate if you have:
- fluency in English,
- strong and effective communication, facilitation and presentation skills, strategic thinking, effective time management
- strong analytical skills, continuous improvement mindset
- background in SAP / Master Data
- 5 years work experience in an international company preferably in Data Management / Master Data area
- great knowledge of business processes (Procurement, Supply Chain, Commerce)
- knowledge of SAP
- analytical capabilities, Microsoft office knowledge – (focus on MS Excel, Powerpoint, Power BI is a plus)
- high concern for quality, accuracy and data
- continuous process improvement attitude
- excellent communication and presentation skills
- proven track record of participation in defining / shaping processes, coordinating tasks/workstreams in a team.
