Data Demand and Service Management Lead

This role is part of the Data Management Department, being a part of Digital & Technology Global Team (D&T) of HEINEKEN International.
The purpose of this role is to be is responsible for overseeing and managing the demand for data services within the organization, ensuring alignment between business requirements and the data management capabilities. This role focuses on design, implementation and adoption of the service management framework. Effectively managing the lifecycle of data requests, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery of data services according to date service management framework, and maintaining strong communication with business stakeholders. The position will act as the primary liaison between business teams and data management teams, ensuring that data services support the realization of business objectives.

Your responsibilities would include:

• designing, implementing, maintaining service management framework tailored to Data Management services, products and customers
• monitoring the delivery of the services accordingly to agreed KPIs and SLAs
• ensuring alignments between business needs and IT capabilities, focusing on high level of data architecture plans and backlog
• eliciting requirements and structure demand from functional data owners and funnel it to the Product backlogs in agreement with respective Product Owners and/or Service Leads
• fostering collaboration between stakeholders and assures adherence to IT services management and delivery best practices
• overarching the feasibility assessments to assure alignments with data management strategy
• managing a transparent demand pipeline allowing to track, evaluate and report on the status of data initiatives
• acting as a primary liaison between business units, IT, and Data Teams, assuring alignments of priorities and expectations
• advocating the best practices in data management designs & implementation, drives improvements Shares knowledge and understanding on using data tools and interpret analytical results
• advancing the growth of Team members by coaching, mentoring, giving guidance /feedback on the domain specific expertise
• fostering a collaborative, results-oriented culture with a focus on continuous improvement
• ensuring the standard of WoWs and designed and in place followed by all the Team members.

You are a good candidate if you have:

• Bachelor/master's degree in computer science or other related studies
• 10 years of relevant experience in data demand or services delivery field / or IT service management, with several years of managerial experience
• vast experience in managing complex data related projects and services in large organizations
• hands on experience with large ITSM tool (e.g. ServiceNow)
• proven track record of delivering data solution in collaboration with domain / solution architects
• experience in industries with strong data dependencies (finance, healthcare, retail, technology, FMCG)
• demonstrated experience in demand prioritization
• deep understanding of Business processes and relevance of data optimization
• ability to strategically assess the needs, prioritize and define / deliver realistic plans, critical thinking
• continuous improvement and innovation-focused mindset
• proven ability to work effectively lead and cooperate cross-functional teams
• ITIL v4 Foundation.

You are perfect candidate if you also have:

• ITIL v4 Master
• DAMA Certified Data management professional (CDMP)
• knowledge of the most common Business Processes for FMCG
• knowledge of Data Management
• knowledge of Service Management
• knowledge of Product Management
• excellent coaching, mentoring, and team-building skills
