DBB Stream Lead Demand to Warehouse (DtW)

We are looking for a DBB Standing Organisation Stream Lead DtW to deliver the Demand to Warehouse DBB template across Live OpCos, harmonize demand-to-supply processes, and drive operational excellence in planning, warehousing and distribution.

Your responsibilities would include:

• governing the DtW DBB template and validating planning, replenishment, warehousing and distribution standards

• driving process conformance, performing analyses and sharing best practices to improve supply performance

• leading and developing the E2E DtW stream team and collaborating closely with DBB Design and D&T

• managing DtW-related change requests, including impact assessment, solution design, testing and release

• partnering with Data & Technology to secure template alignment across systems and data flows

• defining PPIs and driving continuous improvement in DtW performance

• managing change activities and supporting adoption of DtW ways of working in OpCos.

You are a good candidate if you:

• bring 10+ years of experience in demand planning, supply chain operations, warehousing or logistics

• understand the interaction between planning processes, warehouse systems and data/technology

• are analytical, structured and strong at cross-functional problem solving

• communicate clearly and can translate complex concepts into simple, structured messages

• demonstrate strong influencing and relationship-building skills across diverse stakeholders

• bring proven leadership experience with the ability to guide and energize teams through change.

You’re a great candidate if you also:

• have led supply-chain system implementations or process standardization initiatives.
