DBB Programme Lead

As part of our HEINEKEN EverGreen strategy to commit to future-proof the organization, adapt to market dynamics, HEINEKEN has the the objective to digitally transform the business and its relations with stakeholders. As a company we want to become the “best-connected brewer” which is a priority for the Digital and Technology (D&T) organization and the Digital Backbone (DBB) Project will be HEINEKENs biggest Transformation program to realise this.

The Programme Lead leads the DBB Deployment teams located in HGSS.  They are responsible for providing leadership and guidance to all DBB Deployment employees based in HGSS – whilst ensuring consistency in ways of working and clear programme leadership between the Head Office and Krakow locations. This role will operate as the span-breaker for the Europe regional program lead and the European deployments, taking the lead for 3 Europe Operating Companies. Through the co-location with the main HGSS operations, the Program Lead  will also act as the “linking pin” between the DBB Programme Team and the HGSS Leadership Team – to ensure a smooth cooperation during the deployments.

Your responsibilities would include:

• Acting as the European span-breaker taking ownership for deployment of DBB to 3 OpCos at each time.

DBB Programme Deployment

• Providing the DBB Deployment Leadership to the HGSS Hub for both HEINEKEN and Genpact employees, working in close partnership with the central HGSS Leadership team.
• Working in an international environment across a wide range of stakeholders with varying levels of strategic and tactical activities.
• Implementing Change Management strategies & plans and supporting the timelines and deliverables of the Programme.

Hub Leadership

• Working together with the EU & AME Regional Programme Managers and their Transition Managers to ensure consistent competencies and skills across all DBB teams within the Hub and fostering E2E process working and knowledge expertise across all levels of role.

DBB Programme Operational Leadership

• Ensuring all activities are fully documented, with regular learning & continuous improvement, in line with all programme management structures, systems and documentation.
• Maintaining a holistic view of HGSS-related DBB initiatives and adjusts resource allocation accordingly.

You are a good candidate if you:

• Have a master’s degree in business administration or project management 
• Have 8-10 years of experience in consulting or project management, preferably with exposure to large business transformation projects
• Can deliver large scale, complex business-led programmes enabled by technology to a successful conclusion, preferably with experience in deploying ERP/SAP end to end process solutions
• Have strong stakeholder relationship management skills
• Have excellent written and verbal English
