Join HEINEKEN's largest Transformational Program, the Digital Backbone (DBB) is HEINEKENs new technology landscape, consisting out of two layers:
1) The Digital CORE, one single lean ERP that will record all our financial & primary transactions in a standardized way
2) The Business Platforms, are industry standard solutions that will be seamlessly integrated into the Digital CORE.
Together, these two layers cover all end-to-end functionalities in our business.
The DBB Standing Organization (SO) is the team responsible for supporting our Operating Companies in their day‑to‑day activities after the DBB solution has gone live.
The Source to Pay (StP) DBB Process Consultant is part of the Standing Organisation and is responsible for safeguarding the DBB template (Global Standard) ways of working. This includes assessing and retrofitting template changes into existing processes. The role provides functional and process-related support to DBB key users, ensuring consistent and correct application of the DBB template within the StP stream. The consultant actively drives conformance to the template ways of working while identifying and implementing continuous improvements.
Your responsibilities would include:
- defining, maintaining, and governing the global StP global process standards
- supporting the End‑to‑End (E2E) Stream Lead in managing and optimising the full StP process
- validating process designs and ensuring alignment with our global process framework and documentation standards
- translating process standards into practical solutions across our CORE ERP system and related business platforms
- identifying inconsistencies between standard processes and system capabilities, and proposing solutions
- redesigning existing processes or designing new ones based on improvement opportunities and stakeholder feedback
- creating and updating process documentation, including procedures, manuals, and training materials
- managing process-related artefacts (e.g., Standard Operating Procedures, training content, process flows) to ensure accuracy and consistency
- facilitating process change requests and managing temporary exceptions where needed
- analyzing the impact of requested functional or process changes and advising stakeholders
- introducing and rolling out new functionalities, including assessing business implications for operating companies
- guiding operating companies in adopting standard processes and supporting User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
- evaluating how new capabilities impact the global process design
- collaborating with functional teams and selected operating companies to identify improvement opportunities
- defining, implementing, and monitoring process performance indicators (PPIs) to drive continuous improvement
- supporting change management activities to ensure successful adoption of new processes and capabilities, including stakeholder engagement, communication, and cultural awareness.
You are a good candidate if you:
- 3–5 years of experience in a similar process-focused role within a complex international environment, ideally in the FMCG sector
- experience in business process design, modelling techniques, and process mapping tools
- ability to communicate complex topics clearly to diverse stakeholdersstrong consulting skills, with the ability to challenge constructively when needed
- solid understanding of how business processes, data, and technology interact
- familiarity with both Source‑to‑Contract and Purchase‑to‑Pay processes, supported by at least 3 years of experience
- hands‑on in inbound logistics, including receiving, put-away, purchase order management, import processes, and landed cost calculation
- experience with invoicing, payments, expense claims, VAT, withholding tax, and landed cost processes
- experience in working with structured process frameworks or transformation toolkits (e.g., process governance methodologies).
