The objective of this position is to shape and build the strategy for onboarding and training the teams responsible for deploying the transformation across various regions. This role is critical in ensuring that deployment teams are equipped with the knowledge and tools to drive the successful execution of the program.

 

As part of our HEINEKEN EverGreen strategy to commit to future-proof the organization, adapt to market dynamics, and emerge stronger from the pandemic, there’s the objective to digitally transform the business and its relations with stakeholders. It’s this intention to become the “best-connected brewer” that’s a priority in Heineken’s digital and technology (D&T) organization through this Digital Backbone (DBB) Project.

 

Your responsibilities would include:

 

  • Onboarding material development: Developing a comprehensive onboarding flow for deployment teams across one region, aligning it with the objectives and goals of the central team.
  • Training Program Development: training program implementation that covers the necessary skills, knowledge, tools and behaviors required for effective transformation
  • Content Development: Ensuring enhancement of training materials, resources, and documentation to support the training program, ensuring they are relevant, up-to-date, and easily accessible. (SPOC one workstream)
  • Training Delivery: Overseeing the delivery of training sessions, which may include in-person, virtual, or self-paced training, and ensure consistency in content and approach. Both for DBB staff as for deployment of DBB transition in OpCo (3 OpCo per year in one region)
  • Performance Assessment: Developing and implemention methods to assess the effectiveness of training programs and the performance of deployment teams.
  • Feedback and Improvement: Gathering feedback from deployment teams and OpCo stakeholders to continuously improve training content and delivery methods.

 

You are a good candidate if you:

 

  • Have work experience of 2 to 5 years.
  • Have L&D professional with proven track record on multi-country implementations
  • Have Project management skills, with a focus on planning, execution and evaluation of training programs.
  • Have presentation and facilitation skills.
  • Have familiarity with Change Management principles and practices.
  • Have ability to work effectively with cross- functional and cross – cultural teams.
  • Have stakeholder management with cultural awareness and versatility in styles.
  • Are flexible and adaptable
  • Are able to work in ambiguous situations, dealing with complexity and time pressure.
  • Are A strong communicator with excellent active listening skills.
