The Cyber Identity and Access Management Product Owner is part of the leadership team within the Global Information Security Department within HEINEKENs Digital & Technology function. The most important duty of the Cyber IAM Product Owner is to ensure that authorised users have the right access to company systems, data, and applications.
Your responsibilities would include:
- owning the end-to-end lifecycle of 2 products (AP25 budget approx. 6M with 20+ FTE) that spans multiple stages of the value chain and/or multiple enablers, with varying complexity and spanning various stages of the product lifecycle (from ideation through optimization/deprecation). He or she owns the end-to-end budget for the products, e.g. resources, investment, consultancy and technology. She or he owns the product vision and definition of the products
- the seamless, continuous, and resilient operational activities in ALL HNK environment both IT and OT Leads team(s) of indirect reports, managing dependencies and collaboration across other portfolios, business functions/stakeholders (i.e. in Global Supply Chain, Global Legal, Global Insurance, Global Data Privacy, Global Audit, Proseco and Global Corporate Affairs), Global D&T, Tier 1 Service Providers, and Chief Digital and Technology identifying opportunities to optimize stakeholder management mechanisms and processes
- overseeing the Product Backlog at the product level, identifying opportunities to for global scalability and reusability between Global Functions, Regions, Brand Teams and OpCos, and ensuring prioritized value capture based on the defined outcomes
- focusing is on the facilitation of the delivery of the product. Supporting the team as well as broader the product team on experimentation strategy, KPI definition and prioritization. Leading service management meetings, taking an active role in crisis management and high priority security incidents, as well as, continuously measuring performance of the products and support delivered (by partners)
- helping define and incorporating globally best practices of broader product team KPIs and value measurement/delivery of scope. Working with Product Team(s) to define product epics and plan the Sprints including deciding on Sprint content and priority; ensures backlog prioritization are aligned to strategic business requirements, budget considerations, optimal value delivery and non-functional requirements
- designing mechanisms to ensure long-term product or business success, while being a demonstrated leader within the organization and incorporates best practices across the broader team as well as within the product teams.
- representing the voice of the customer and is responsible to ensure alignment with all relevant stakeholders - stakeholders relate to multiple business domains and focus is on connecting internal stakeholders since they vary from the HNK CD&TO, CISO, OpCo management teams, Regional and Functional management teams. Service providers and teams. The role requires advanced and adaptable communication and stakeholder management.
You are a good candidate if you have:
- a bachelor degree or higher in information security or related field
- 10+ years of work experience
- 5 years of experience in IAM or a related field
- prior experience as a Product owner
- prior experience in managing and executing large Identity and access management programs
- professional certification such as Certified Identity and Access Manager (CIAM) or Certified Identity Management Professional (CIMP) is a plus
- strong technical skills, including experience with identity and access management solutions
- familiarity with best practices and compliance standards
- experience in IT security or associated field
- at least three years of experience in a management role.
