Credit Risk Analyst (German/Italian as an asset)

Your responsibilities would include:

• managing credit risk by performing risk assessments for new and existing customers and proactively flagging potential issues,
• acting as a business partner and advisor for finance departments in HEINEKEN Operating Companies (the so-called OpCos),
• interacting with external credit agencies and OpCo departments to gather customer credit information,
• preparing and presenting credit reports,
• ensuring credit standards and rules are met on time and in full,
• effectively collaborating with other departments (e.g. Sales, Collection, OpCo Finance, HGSS A&RM) to ensure smooth process delivery,
• supporting and contributing to continuous process improvement initiatives in collaboration with OpCos and HGSS, in line with HEINEKEN standards,
• using strong analytical and stakeholder management skills,
• overseeing or undertaking document preparation.

You are a good candidate if you have:

• a good oral and written command of English (knowledge of German/Italian would be an additional asset),
• at least 1 year of experience in Order-to-Cash,
• good analytical skills and strong attention to detail,
• good communication skills,
• strong and demonstrated knowledge of Excel, Word, and PowerPoint,
• the ability to operate AI agents (e.g. Copilot),
• experience in a multinational environment (including shared services centres).
