Capex Cost Controller

Your daily tasks may include:

• budget management: developing, monitoring, and controlling capital expenditure budgets for projects, ensuring alignment with approved financial plans
• cost tracking: tracking actual spending against forecasts and identifying variances to maintaining financial discipline
• reporting & analysis: preparing accurate financial reports, dashboards, and variance analyses for stakeholders and management
• compliance: ensuring adherence to corporate accounting standards and Heineken WoW project controls requirements
• forecasting & planning: supporting project teams with cost projections and providing insights for investment decision-making (Capex and Cash flow across fiscal years in both local and global currencies)
• maintaining the Cleopatra tool, including templates and access management
• training local Capex Cost Controllers and maintaining a project controls community with LSRA
• maintaining, deploying, and developing the Project Controls Playbook, acting as the Subject Matter Expert for Project Controls within the cost control tool (Cleopatra)
• assisting with early project estimating and scenario-based estimating using benchmark data
• maintaining and developing the Power BI cost engineering overview dashboard.

You are a good match if you have:

• 4-8 years relevant working experience (preferably in Finance, Engineering, Business Administration)
• Bachelor degree in business, Supply Chain, Finance, engineering, investment or a related field preferred
• strong affinity with Finance, Supply Chain and data
• extensive skills in Word, Outlook, Excel, SharePoint, Power BI, think cell and PowerPoint
• knowledge of financial ERP systems
• extensive knowledge of Capex accounting treatment (Capex and Cashflow)
• extensive skills in Word, Excel, powerBI and PowerPoint.

You are a perfect match if you also have:

• knowledge on creating importing scripts for ERP imports and other imports in the cost control tool.
