Communications & Employer Branding Specialist

The primary responsibility of the person in the Communications & Employer Branding Specialist role is to build the employee’s engagement by providing reliable, on time, engaging and two way communication between employees on different levels of the organization, organizing internal and external events supporting  EB/EVP, implementing projects based on EB/EVP and other business needs.

 

Your responsibilities would include:

 

  • Supporting the creation and implementation of a Communications & Employer Branding Strategy in line with the overall HGSS Strategy. 
  • Content creation to the social media particulary LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Youtube -  both text and graphic / video as well
  • Identifying the most expected and potential points of business needs that should be supported by Communications & Employer Branding Team and creating, supporting in creation, implementing Communication standards within the entire HGSS. 
  • Coordinating and supporting projects
  • Securing alignment of internal and external communication in terms of EVP, visual guidelines,  and HEINEKEN standards. 
  • Focusing on measurement of actions 
  • Working with Stakeholders on different levels of the organization - e.g.: people function, business, others
  • Collaboration with external vendors 

 

You are a good candidate if you have:

 

  • Experience in Communication / EB – min. 1-2 years -Communications & Employer Branding Specialist
  • Experience in managing social media - min. 1 year
  • Experience in successful running middle size projects in EB/communication 
  • Experience in SSC / BPO sector - at least 1-2 years 
  • Communication skills and a good understanding of the latest digital communication trends and tools as well as engagement tools
  • Fluency in English (written and oral) 
  • Project management skills
