Collections & Disputes Team Leader

Your responsibilities would include:
- understanding and being able to communicate company strategy to the team and individuals, and establishing a corresponding team strategy
- establishing and maintaining an effective network (with Sales, Customer Service, and within HGSS) and ensuring E2E process visibility to drive efficient and high-quality service
- demonstrating a CPI mindset and embedding it in the team by challenging the status quo and looking for the most efficient and standardized ways of working, supporting HGSS and OtC strategy in the value of digital
- executing process delivery with expected service objectives and quality, and continuously driving improvement
- taking ownership of end-to-end process and service delivery, including the rest of the Back Office and Front Office processes
- solving operational issues, identifying root causes, and acting to prevent them in the future
- acting as an escalation point for OpCos for all OtC topics (Collection Team Leader)
- ensuring that effective controls are executed and monthly control reports are delivered
- ensuring complete and up-to-date process documentation.
You are a good candidate if you:

5+ years of experience in collections or credit control, with at least 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role

strong understanding of the Order-to-Cash process and financial accounting principles

proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP) and MS Excel
-
excellent communication and negotiation skills
-
strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
-
ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure.
