Your responsibilities would include:
- day-to-day management of the Finance Team and execution of activities for RtR CoE
- ensuring business partnership with stakeholders in collaborative way and within agreed governance model Assesses and mitigate operational risk and act as escalation point to drive issue resolution
- driving E2E improvements agenda including reducing E2E cycle time
- building CPI mind-set by challenging the status quo to look for most efficient ways of working
- acting as PPOC for OpCos in scope being responsible for all accounting matters
- building internal control mind-set and embed internal controls into processes so controls are designed and executed effectively and any deficiency is mitigated Manage and drive the Financial reporting processes in line with the Group and local Policies and Guidance
- delivering all financial reports in line with HEINEKEN’s Global Finance Policies & Procedures and local legislation
- providing all necessary analysis and explanation to OpCo to enable the to sign off all required financial statements
- providing advice and insights on the Group Accounting matters (i.e. implementation of the Global Policies) to internal stakeholders including OpCo Finance team and HGSS Transactional Services
- leading and coordinate the implementation of continuous improvements across processes, tools, templates and systems in collaboration with Global Finance, and HGSS Transactional Services and OpCo towards HEINEKEN’s standards.
- facilitating external audit for Group and local purposes for all OpCos in scope
- managing effective and rigorous controls to ensure full compliance with policies, procedures and Global & Local Accounting standard
- maintaining the updated and accurate process documentation
- supporting OpCo finance team in interactions with the Local Authorities,
- leveraging the team in HGSS Transactional Services
- acting as the key point of contact and escalation point for OpCo Finance and Non-Finance Departments for resolution - ensuring open & timely communication as one Finance Team
- driving own personal development in leadership, finance specific skills and business knowledge by implementing his / her development plan
- planning succession, develop best people in the pipeline, provide coaching and mentoring.
You are a good candidate if you have:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting; Accounting Qualification
recommended - 4-5 years of experience in accounting and/or financial analysis & 2-3 years in managing people
- experience in multi-national environment (incl. Shared Services Centres)
- fluent in English
- leadership expertise aligned with HEINEKEN leadership expectations
- mind-set and Behaviours aligned with HEINEKEN Finance Behaviours
- strong demonstrated use of Excel, Word, and PowerPoint & presentation skills
- excellent stakeholder management skills.
