Change Communication Specialist

As a Change Communication Specialist, you will support strategically important Global Programs by creating and delivering impactful communication materials, such as presentations and videos. You will independently manage the development of these deliverables, from gathering information to final presentation, aligned with program timelines and objectives.

Your responsibilities would include:

• identifying and engaging with all key stakeholders to be involved directly or indirectly to ensure the success of your deliverables within the Data Program
• developing communication strategies and plans for program initiatives, such as organizational transformation, migration, and change initiative
• providing high-quality and timely presentations, videos, and materials based on inputs from various sources to support decision-making and stakeholder engagement
• supporting change management and communications activities from a data point of view

• supporting training activities: creating training materials (including video content) and assisting in implementation

• actively participating in meetings with key stakeholders, including presenting and explaining self-prepared materials and presentations

• proactively gathering updates from teams to compile reports and presentations.

You are a good candidate if you have:

• university BSc Business Degree/ Management Information or actual work experience in a related discipline
• proficiency in preparing clear and engaging presentations, reports, and training materials (including video content)
• proficiency in tools such as PowerPoint, Excel, and potentially video editing software
• 3-5 years of experience in projects related to Data Management, Change Management and PMO
• experience in stakeholder management, ability to collaborate and influence without authority across multiple levels of an organization
• good presentation skills (including material preparation)
• ability to navigate ambiguity
• problem-solving and leadership mindset
• fluency in English, both written and verbal
• familiarity with data-related concepts such as transformation or governance is a plus but not required.
