Change & Comms Lead

The GPM Change & Comms Lead is responsible for defining the strategy and driving how GPM communicates to its stakeholders in an effective and engaging way and any potential changes are trained and embedded sustainably to ensure ideal Business as Usual support.

 

Your responsibilities would include:

 

  • making change stick: driving together with GPM and OpCos activities to ensure the OpCo is sustainably embedding the implemented change and adopting the New ways of Working, measuring effectiveness and proposes improvement initiatives. This also includes developing training strategies regarding changes in BaU and manage and facilitate it’s execution (incl. classroom trainings, remote trainings, documentation updates)
  • GPM C&C: driving the communication strategy for the department and put this into action (incl. governance, sequence, improvements) and working with the team to embed the strategy and deliver on the activities
  • stakeholder management: developing and maintaining relationships with key internal stakeholders in the OpCos, Regions, Global Functions and Programmes, to facilitate a strong working relationship which enables efficient interactions and synergies identification
  • facilitate learnings: driving the agenda for best practice sharing and fostering cross-OpCo collaboration and learning. Liaising with C&C Leads from other departments and learn, share & reapply knowledge
  • measurement and monitoring: ensuring governance for training materials/video demos is in place and monitor process adherence.

 

You are a good candidate if you have:

 

  • University degree: Bachelors Degree
  • 3+ years of working experience in complex projects developing and delivering change strategy, plans and communications, and designing change activities
  • demonstrated work experience in facilitating and guiding change initiatives, managing teams without managerial influence, experience with different communication methods, use and impact
  • knowledge of the HNK change model and local OpCo experience
  • customer-centric mindset, ability to distill voice of the customer and converting this into initiatives
  • experience working within and implementing complex change projects, problem-solving skills that use techniques to identify issue root cause
  • exceptional communication (verbal, written and presentation) skills and excellent active listening skills
  • influencing and effective negotiation skills, ability to manage and influence stakeholders outside the Programme and getting their support for initiatives
  • ability to balance standard vs customer needs
  • ability to work collaboratively with and through others, strong cultural awareness and versatility in styles, flexible and adaptable
  • ability to work in ambiguous situations, dealing with complexity and time pressure, proactive in identifying and solving problems/issue
  • excellent written and verbal English.
