CPI Manager

Ensuring close alignment between business and technical requirements during developments, ensuring deployment of global standards and ways of working.


The CPI Manager is responsible for embedding a culture of continuous process improvement across all operating companies, global functions, and programs. This role leads the identification, prioritization, and realization of CPI opportunities in support of the Fund the Growth, Fuel the Profit agenda, ensuring alignment with global strategies and standards. As the owner of Lean Six Sigma (LSS) methodology standards, the CPI Manager governs, maintains, and continuously improves the global CPI framework, driving consistent application of LSS principles. Acting as a change leader, this role fosters learning, sharing, and the reapplication of best practices to deliver sustainable business value and operational excellence across the enterprise

 


Your responsibilities would include:


- Embed a culture of continuous process improvement across all operating companies, global functions, and programs.
- Own and govern the Lean Six Sigma (LSS) methodology standards, ensuring consistent application and continuous enhancement of our global CPI framework.
- Lead the identification, prioritization, and realization of CPI opportunities that support our Fund the Growth, Fuel the Profit agenda.
- Act as a change leader, fostering a mindset of learning, sharing, and reapplication of best practices to deliver sustainable business value and operational excellence.
- Collaborate with stakeholders at all levels to drive transformation and measurable results.

 


You are a good candidate if you have:


- Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field
- Black Belt or Master Black Belt certification in Lean Six Sigma
- At least 7 years’ experience in process improvement or operational excellence in an international environment
- Awareness and understanding of cross-functional processes
- Strong analytical, project management, and stakeholder engagement skills
- Proven track record in leading transformation projects, managing multicultural teams, and delivering measurable business results
- Ability to drive change, act as a role model for continuous improvement, and work independently in a complex, matrixed organisation
- Experience with process architecture, process mining, and business process management tools would be an asset
- Excellent communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus
