CFIN Stream Lead OtC/PtP

Your daily tasks may include:

• acting as a subject matter expert (SME) within the process workstream
• identifying process gaps, educating end users, and ensuring process standardization across the EU region
• recommending innovative business and technical solutions to improve operational effectiveness
• managing scope and prioritizing high-value requirements, promoting best practice adoption
• supporting issue resolution and change management in relation to the DBB FSCM platform for DBB global scope
• measuring and driving process adoption (conformance) for the FSCM scope in both DBB and CFIN template
• supporting backlog reduction and reporting accomplishments to the CFIN support lead
• overseeing change management in SAP Central Finance and ensuring alignment with business requirements
• collaborating with cross-functional teams (GPO, D&T, IBM, OPCOs) and facilitating daily stand-up meetings
• documenting issues, conducting impact analysis, and proposing resolutions
• proposing process improvements and advanced functionalities, including interdependencies
• validating process designs and translating process standards into ERP solutions.

You are a good match if you have:

• complex international environment / FMCG industry
• capability to work in a cross-functional environment
• strong communication skills – explain complicated subjects in clear and simple language
• consultancy skills, being critical when needed
• understanding the interaction between business processes and technology
• fluent English language required 
• degree in Business/Finance discipline 
• leadership experience
• ERP project experience
• demonstrated delivery focus and execution
• process skills (functional understanding)
• cross function / cross cultural experience
• can deal with ambiguity
• open minded to standardization, centralization and speed.
