CFIN Consultant RtR

As a CFIN Consultant – RtR, you will act as a subject matter expert within the Central Finance (CFIN) team, contributing to the end-to-end Record to Report (RtR) process design and governance. Working closely with Global Functions and Operating Companies (OpCos), you will help shape and continuously improve the global finance template within SAP/CFIN platforms. You’ll play a key role in validating process standards, guiding change, and supporting the integration of global finance capabilities across the business.
Your responsibilities would include:
- Supporting the E2E Stream Lead in managing and improving the RtR process across SAP/CFIN platforms
- Validating global template process designs and aligning them with ERP standards and HEPM
- Proposing process redesigns and improvements to the Global Design Authority
- Translating process standards into ERP/CFIN system configurations and documenting process procedures
- Analyzing business requirements, assessing functional impacts, and ensuring process consistency
- Coordinating functional testing and change management for new process implementations
- Advising OpCos on process improvements and ensuring standard adoption
- Maintaining process documentation and HEPM modelling
- Working with D&T to define and track Process Performance Indicators (PPIs)
- Collaborating with stakeholders across Finance, D&T, and Global Functions to drive continuous improvement.
You're a good candidate if you have:
- 3–5 years of experience in a similar role in a complex, international environment (preferably FMCG)
- Strong understanding of Finance processes such as: General Ledger, Fixed Assets, Accruals, Intercompany transactions (e.g., Heimatch), Period-end close and financial reporting, Tax, Treasury, and Cash Management, CAPEX and Consolidation processes
- Experience in SAP (especially SAP Group Reporting)
- Solid knowledge of business process design, modelling tools, and documentation
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Experience working in cross-functional teams and managing change
- Fluency in English (written and spoken).
You're a perfect candidate if you also have:
- Familiarity with HEINEKEN Accounting Policies and Systems
- Proven ability to align technology solutions with business needs, knowledge or interest in AI and automation,
- A consulting mindset: critical thinking, proactive problem solving, and influence; continuous improvement mindset,
- Experience implementing or supporting SAP S/4HANA Central Finance
- Project management experience
