Your responsibilities would include:

• redesigning existing processes by analyzing improvement opportunities and prioritizing solutions
• proposing new processes or enhanced functionalities
• creating and updating process documentation, including procedures and manuals for execution
• facilitating process changes and managing derogation requests
• rolling out new functionalities, ensuring smooth integration with existing processes, and assessing their business impact for relevant OpCos
• guiding OpCos to follow standard processes
• ensuring all process changes are accurately updated in HEPM
• reviewing and advising on functional requirements for OpCos
• analyzing the impact of requested functional changes
• translating business challenges into detailed requirements
• planning and coordinating functional testing activities
• notifying stakeholders of major incidents affecting the business and providing workarounds to users
• assessing and managing system configuration requests to safeguard the common template.

You are a good candidate if you have:

• 5-10 years of experience in a similar role within a complex international environment, preferably in the FMCG industry
• strong knowledge of business process design and modeling techniques/tools
• ability to work in a cross-functional environment
• excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex topics in simple terms
• consultancy skills with a critical mindset when necessary
• understanding of the interaction between business processes and technology
• fluent in English.
