Your responsibilities would include:

 

• analyzing and redesigning existing processes, and proposing new ones based on improvement opportunities
• creating and updating procedures, manuals, and functional documentation
• coordinating change requests, testing, and rollout of new functionalities across OpCos
• ensuring alignment with standard processes and updating changes in HEPM
• advising Operating Companies on functional requirements and assessing the impact of requested changes
• translating business needs into clear requirements and managing system configuration safeguards
• supporting incident communication, workarounds, and stakeholder updates.
   

You are a good candidate if you have:

 

• 5–10 years of working experience in a similar role, in a complex international environment, or within the FMCG industry
• knowledge of business process design and modeling techniques and tools
• the capability to work in a cross-functional environment
• strong communication skills – the ability to explain complicated subjects in clear and simple language
• consultancy skills, including the ability to provide constructive criticism when needed
• an understanding of the interaction between business processes and technology
• excellent written and verbal English
