Your responsibilities would include:

• proposing redesign of existing processes based on the analysis of improvement opportunities and prioritization of identified solutions
• proposing designs of new processes and/or advanced functionality
• creating and/or updating procedures and manuals that detail processes and can serve as a basis for work execution
• facilitating process derogation and change requests
• introducing and rolling out new functionalities and understanding the implications on the current processes and on the business for OpCos in scope
• guiding OpCos in scope to follow the standard process
• ensuring process changes are modelled/updated in HEPM
• reviewing and advising OpCos on the functional requirements
• analyzing the impact of requested functional changes
• translating business challenges associated with requested changes and their translation into detailed requirements
• planing and coordinating the functional test activities
• informing stakeholders and notifying them in case of major incidents that could have an impact on the business, and inform business users with possible workarounds
• guarding and assessing any configuration request of the system which cannot be changed to protect the common template.

You are a good candidate if You have:

• 5-10 years of working experience required in a similar role / a complex international environment / FMCG industry
• knowladge abiut business process design and modelling techniques and tools
• capability to work in a cross-functional environment
• strong communication skills – explain complicated subjects in clear and simple language
• consultancy skills, being critical when needed
• understanding the interaction between business processes and technology
• excellent written and verbal English.
