Business Solutions Consultant MtC - Customer Service & Logistics

Your responsibilities would include:

 

-Working closely with the Solution Design, Technology, Data and Controls workstreams of the Core Programme, in the delivery of an integrated solution; contributing to the management of interdependencies across workstreams

-Working closely with the Global Standing Organisation and the Global Sales, Global CS&L and Global Finance Function to incorporate the Functional standards and capabilities into the Core design, and with the respective Product & Platform owners to ensure an effective end-to-end solution, including the orchestration of transactions across Business Platforms

-Building relationships with OpCo Sales, CS&L and Finance teams to create engagement, improving the design and transfer understanding of the solution to the ultimate user base

-Ensuring the designed solution is fit for purpose and effectively testing from a functional and user perspective

-Working closely with the Business Change team to ensure the changes are effectively delivered and supported post-Go Live for the Pilot OpCos.  This would include helping to design and deliver training, overseeing development of Standard Operating Procedures and supporting other transition tasks as required

 

You are a good candidate if you have:

 

  • Work experience: 5-8 years in field of expertise: Customer Service & Logistics and/or commerce, exposure to cross-functional and complex international  environment.
  • Experience in large scale business transformation, preferable concerning the introduction of technology
  • Expertise in Sales Order Management and Outbound Logistics processes; exposure to MtC solutions (e.g. order taking platforms, B2B and SFA platforms, SAP-SD) experience with data management and business process management. Local OpCo knowledge welcome.
  • Understanding of how process design translates to systems designs
  • Functional skills: Process (end-to-end) oriented thinking, combination of analytical and conceptual thinking.
  • Have Excellent English skills
  • Stakeholder Management skills
