The Global Planning department in Global Supply Chain (GSC) has the responsibility of functional leadership through the ownership and continuous improvement of the Supply Chain Planning capabilities in the functional area of Demand, Supply, Scheduling, Material Planning, and S&OP. This role holds functional ownership for the global Blue Yonder Demand and Supply application landscape and shapes how these capabilities are applied and evolved across Operating Companies. These include: Blue Yonder Demand, Luminate Demand Edge (LDE), Fulfilment, and Enterprise Supply Planning (ESP). The platforms this role is responsible for service the planning capability for more than 10 operating companies (OpCos) across the globe, and account for more than 120 million HL of capacity for Demand and Supply combined. The role is accountable for the stability, performance, and functional integrity of the Blue Yonder applications, orchestrating functional and technical resolution paths, and making trade-offs between business continuity, scalability, and long-term architecture. The Business Solution Lead, influences and shapes technology decisions for Global Planning and D&T by providing scenario-based advice on complex trade-offs during deployments, upgrades, and landscape improvements, ensuring that the BY architecture remains stable during deployment phases, upgrades, and other improvements
Your responsibilities would include:
- Designing, implementing, and maintaining robust global support processes, including Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and service/change request processes.NPS score improvement for the platforms from users. SLAs maintained and monitored.
- Driving continuous improvement of the global support process through Process Performance Indicators (PPIs) implementation, monitoring, and evaluation. Conduct post-implementation reviews to define follow-up action and use PPIs to monitor system usage.
- Leading the resolution of business-critical incidents, prioritizing competing business impacts and driving decisions under time pressure.
- Shaping the functional roadmap by translating OpCo needs into prioritized feature recommendations, balancing global standardization and local requirements.
- Supporting deployment teams in project closures and verify technical and functional documentation for milestones called toll gates. These Toll Gates (TG) include: TG3: Knowledge Transfer, TG4: Ramp up, and TG5: Stabilization.
- Acting as a dedicated advocate and point of escalation for OpCo users to ensure their interests are represented in global projects.
- Defining and driving the global adoption strategy, using NPS insights to steer prioritization decisions with product teams and leadership.
- Serving as a technology advisor to leadership on complex topics like the setup of new environments.
- Maintaining self-sustaining communication channels and groups to ensure stakeholders receive clear, timely updates.
- Re-training users and key-users on specific Blue Yonder topics as needed.
You are a good candidate if you have:
- Required: Bachelor’s degree and master’s degree in relevant field
- Required: 8+ years of relevant work experience
- Preferred: Knowledge of agile planning tools (JIRA preferred)
- Deep knowledge of Supply Chain Planning processes and Blue Yonder tooling (Demand, LDE, Fulfilment, ESP) as well as E2E planning.
- Strong problem-solving skills and analytical skills
- Ability to interpret complex business needs
- Strong Stakeholder management skills
- Full professional proficiency in English (C1)
