Business Solution Consultant DtW

The Process Consultant spearheads individual DtW functional areas (Production, Warehousing and Planning). The Process Consultant contributes to the E2E processes, working together with Process Consultants from other functions on an E2E process (StP, MtC, RtR, BPM).

 

Your responsibilities would include:

  • Proposing to the Functions and the Solution Design team redesigns of existing processes based on the analysis of improvement opportunities
  • Proposing to the Functions and the Solution Design team designs of new processes and/or advanced functionality.
  • For the business platforms, ensuring that procedures and manuals that detail processes are created and/or updated and can serve as a basis for work execution
  • Ensuring process changes are modelled/updated in HEPM
  • Facilitating process derogation and change requests
  • Guidance: OpCos in scope to follow the standard process
  • Reviewing OpCos on the functional requirements
  • Analysing the impact of requested functional changes
  • Supporting in coordination of UAT test activities
  • Notifying stakeholders of major incidents that could have an impact on the business, and inform business users with possible workarounds
  • Evaluating if new capabilities have impact on the current Global template
  • In coordination with the Functions, setting up and maintain regular contact with the Reference Groups (selected OpCos), to assess process improvement potential
  • Supporting SIAM to ensure process changes are properly implemented using the release management procedure
  • Managing the change associated with capability implementations

 

You are a good candidate if you have:

  • 3-5 years of working experience required in a similar role / a complex international environment / FMCG industry
  • Business process design skills and modelling techniques and tools
  • Capability to work in a cross-functional environment
  • Strong communication skills – explain complicated subjects in clear and simple language
  • Consultancy skills, being critical when needed
  • Understanding the interaction between business processes, data and technology

 

Nice to have:

  • SAP experience, preferably in Supply Chain
  • OpCo experience in Planning, Production or Warehousing
