Business Program Manager

The Business Program Manager coordinates deployments by maintaining accurate data and standardized reporting. The role supports governance
through risk, issue, and change management while overseeing budgets. It ensures alignment and progress tracking through effective communication
and meeting management
Your responsibilities would include:
- Following guidelines, procedures and templates to collect and maintain consistent data and provide hands on delivery support to the deployments
- Implementing agreed regular progress-reporting mechanisms and thereby monitoring the routine progress of projects, and assist the deployments in the preparation of the deployment status/project highlight reports
- Assisting the deployment team in the delivery of risk, issue and change control processes and templates
- Providing a coordination/administration service to a deployment or project
- Following methodology and reporting formats
- Managing drumbeat meetings (e.g. steerco's , standup's, progress update meetings)
- Ensuring information can be easily consolidated and is maintained regularly
- Financial/Budget management of the deployments and projects
You are a good candidate if you have:
- University level - Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in for example Programme Management, Business Administration
- Proven track record of 10+ years of experience in programme or project management.
- Demonstrated planning and strategic decision-making ability, combined with successful execution
- Experience in managing relationships with internal and external stakeholders (with conflicting interests) on strategic, tactical level
- Strong comms skills, communicates through understanding, influencing and/or serving others and brings more than facts to win arguments and influence others
- Ability to build trusted and collaborative relationships with key stakeholders through credibility, trust, and rapport at all levels, both within and outside of HEINEKEN
- Ability to engage with senior stakeholders, external partners, steering committees.
- Experience in managing without control, ability to approach Senior Stakeholders using appropriate level of detail and terminology
- Organizational skills, with strong planning, prioritisation, and ability to work toward set timelines under pressure.
- Strategic thinking with strong business acumen—ability to see the big picture, bring clarity to complexity, challenge constructively, and take proactive initiative.
- Strong team player nature with a can‑do attitude, cultural sensitivity, and experience working in international environments.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office. Effective reporting skills.
- English - full professional proficiency (min. C1)
