Business Insights Lead (1 year contract)

Your responsibilities would include:

• Leading the inception and delivery of new AI & BI functionalities to deliver business value
• Maintaining and improving our core procurement reporting capability to support emerging Category needs
• Ensuring optimal business usage of existing procurement insights such as spend, payment terms, carbon, quantities and performance KPIs
• Cuting through a highly complex data landscape with diversified data sources and levels of maturity, to provide the required business insights 
• Identifying changes needed in processes, policies and ways of working to ensure high data quality
• Working aslead of a cross functional team within an Agile environment to deliver successful results to maximise business benefits with high ease of use, delivering required developments and driving continuous improvement plans  

You are a good candidate if you have:

• Education: Higher educational degree in a business, financial, economic ortechnical discipline
• Work experience: 5+ years.
• Required work experience in field of expertise: Experience in Data Science, Procurement, Finance or D&T roles in a complex environment.
• Other fields of expertise: Digital enablement and change management expertise, preferably familiar with Agile ways of  working
• Functional skills: Data Science, Analytics
• Languages: Fluent English required
• Key Leadership expectations: Role model the HEINEKEN Behaviors with emphasis on Shape (Think Consumer First & Make Courageous Moves) & Deliver the Goods 
• Communication skills: Successfully manages relationships with stakeholders at multiple levels, within an international environment
• Other skills: Ability to drive change in a decentralized environment to successfully deliver measurable business value
