Business Controller

Your responsibilities would include:

• business partnering regarding the full Financial Governance Cycle (SP, AP, RoFo, BPR) on end to end brand spend (including Project costs, Personnel exp, Consulting, T&E and FTE tracking) 
• supporting & performing ad-hoc and periodic performance reviews focused on strategic insights and tangible actions 
• interacting with varied group of business stakeholders; not only within the Brands/Category leadership teams (Heineken & Amstel, High Energy, IBUDS, Global Brand Building Transformation, Global Digital Marketing & Media) but also towards overall Global Commerce, Global Business Control & HGSS 
• supporting & challenging the business regarding business cases, strategic projects and F&F opportunities (depending on materiality & impact) 
• bring insights to the business fingertips; using self-service where possible & usage of clear and simple reporting tools.

You are a good candidate if you have: 

• education: University Degree in economics, Finance
• work experience: 5+ years work experience in Business Control/Finance Roles
• demonstrated experience in business control, finance management and/or managerial reporting of business economical processes and HEINEKEN business systems.

You are a perfect match if you also have:

• finance knowledge, in-depth understanding of transactional (sales) processes and (HEINEKEN) business systems 
• strong communication skills are essential in order to manage relationships on a strategic and tactical level with a broad range of senior stakeholders across the business
• able to operate and communicate effectively in a complex environment 
• continuous improvement, simplification & automation, change management, pro-active, strategic insight, excellent analytical skills.
