Business Controller

The Global Business Controller supports effective business decision making by forecasting, monitoring, analysing and interpreting performance in order to evaluate business alternatives and recommend the most appropriate business solution.
Your responsibilities would include:
- Manages qualitative and consistent monthly performance management with RMG and Commerce Excellence teams on topics such as Price Increases, Discounts, Smart Investment of ABTL (e.g. CSP Dashboard, AllocationAI) and Business Cases & Value Track (e.g. ATL Agency rationalization and RMG Accelerators)
- Acts as the point of contact on financial matters related to Smart Investing (a.k.a. Commercial Spend Productivity), helping optimize the efficiency and effectiveness of OpCo's ABTL spending
- Drives Governance Cycle (RoFo, AP and SP) in close cooperation with FP&A team and the GBC team based in Amsterdam
- Month end close and ensuring that the monthly forecast has a high degree of accuracy
- Supports the F&F agenda by monitoring saving initiatives
- Partners with Global Commerce teams on various initiatives & projects, for example Freddy ai
- Develop and deliver ad-hoc financial assessments / analysis as required

You are a good candidate if you have:
- Degree in economics, Finance
- Work experience: 5+ years work experience in Business Control/Finance Roles
- Experience in working in an international environment and matrix structure
- Good process and system understanding
- Pro-active individual with strong influencing skills
- Strong problem solving skills, analytical skills and strong
- A good connector with excellent communication skills
- Good in project and stakeholder management
- Excellent written and verbal English.
