The Business Analyst Hyperautomation (HA) plays an essential role within the Hyperautomation Competence, one of the teams within the Hyperautomation Tribe. The Tribe consists of four Product Teams focused on Low-code OutSystems and Power Platform, Cognitive Services, Robotics & Automation, and the Hyperautomation Compentence Center. The Compentence Center collaborates closely with these Product Teams to deliver impactful outcomes. The Business Analyst HA is responsible for driving Opportunity & Value Management across the organization. This role takes a proactive and tech-agnostic approach, enabling and supporting Functions, Regions, and Operating Companies (OpCos) in their Hyperautomation journey.
Your responsibilities would include:

co-shaping the HA Competence Center roadmap, focusing on Opportunity & Value Management while ensuring alignment with the global HA roadmap and other HA product roadmaps

serving as the Single Point of Contact (SIPOC) for the assigned region, supporting their Hyperautomation strategy and roadmap execution

collaborating with other HA teams to streamline the measurement of value delivered by Hyperautomation initiatives, consolidating the total HA value across all teams
-
leading the use case triage process by taking initiative and working closely with the HA delivery Product Team to transition use cases to the delivery phase
-
co-creating strategies for opportunity management to drive increased adoption of Hyperautomation
-
initiating and executing tasks related to opportunity identification, including organizing and facilitating workshops, idea mining sessions, roadshows, and awareness campaigns

managing Hyperautomation community channels and initiatives, ensuring visibility and engagement across all HA product teams
-
leading the planning and execution of event activities in collaboration with other HA teams, focusing on Hyperautomation topics

facilitating upskilling opportunities, ensuring teams are connected with the product team when applicable, and tracking available upskilling options.
You are a good candidate if you have:
-
bachelor’s or master’s degree in relevant field
-
5+ years of experience in a similar role in a complex international environment
-
3+ years of experience in at least one of the following areas/technologies: low-code platforms, RPA, cognitive services
-
fluency in both written and spoken English
-
experience working in an agile environment (preferred)
-
excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
-
strong analytical and quantitative abilities with a structured approach to problem-solving and root cause analysis
-
the ability to work collaboratively across all levels of the product teams, influencing others to reach consensus
-
the ability to identify and understand multiple stakeholder perspectives and build on the views of others
-
a proactive, can-do attitude, especially in dealing with uncertainty and ambiguity
-
experience managing projects and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
-
the ability to step back and provide a critical, strategic view to challenge teams and stakeholders constructively.

experience working in a federated enterprise organization

understanding of technologies like OutSystems, UiPath, Microsoft Power Platform, and OpenAI

digital marketing skills
