The Cognitive Services team at HEINEKEN builds and governs AI-powered solutions that drive automation, efficiency, and innovation across the business. We lead the development of enterprise GenAI platform, deliver use cases such as agents and apps, and take part in improving organizational AI literacy. Our team blends technical expertise with stakeholder enablement to scale AI adoption across the organization.

 

The key role of a Cognitive Services Business Analyst revolves around bridging the gap between business needs and automation solutions. You play a critical role in identifying opportunities, analysing business requirements, and ensuring the successful implementation of Generative AI tools. The CS team is part of the Hyperautomation Tribe. This Tribe has more Business Analyst in other Product Teams (Low-Code platforms and Robotics & Automation) as well as the Hyperautomation Competence Centre. Collaboration between these teams and Business Analysts is what makes Hyperautomation successful. 

 

Your responsibilities would include: 

 

  • proactively communicating and collaborating with external and internal business stakeholders to produce functional requirements for new solutions
  • supporting the Product Owner in translating functional requirements into solutions and participating in process development
  • understanding business requirements, assessing their complexity, and translating and maintaining process design documentation and communication of functional and process changes
  • ensuring the product design and implementation adhere to functional requirements and HEINEKEN standards and best practices (i.e. Quality, Architecture, Compliance & Security)
  • delivering working product enhancements within the allocated timescale and quality standards, minimizing rework, and facilitating a zero-defect culture
  • collaborating with Product Architects on solution design to ensure it conforms to overall architectural vision and technical roadmap
  • conducting continuous improvement analysis on existing application architectures and identifying architectural optimizations
  • verifying the implementation to ensure the delivered system is consistent with the agreed architecture and meets the requirements
  • helping federated teams by advising on solution approach and supporting remote teams with their own work
  • enabling self-service as much as possible for federated teams
  • contributing collectively to the Product Team in delivering user stories and contributing to the product increment
  • continuously being aware of HEINEKEN’s security requirements and ensuring all ongoing improvements are aligned with these requirements
  • ensuring support, maintenance, and continuous improvement through Partners and/or Service Management
  • ensuring optimum performance, availability, and security in accordance with security standards and policy
  • participating in all team agile ceremonies: daily scrum meetings, sprint planning, refinement, and retrospectives.

 

You are a good candidate if you have:
 
  • bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant field
  • min. of 5 years working in business analyst/consultant role
  • experience working with Generative AI implementations of agents or agentic applications
  • identifying areas suitable for Generative AI use cases and evaluation of key benefits
  • previous experience with RAG implementations, prompt engineering and evaluation workflows concepts
  • understanding of governance within IT platforms
  • exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • strong analytical and quantitative abilities, with a highly structured approach to problem-solving
  • proven ability to collaborate effectively within product teams, with a talent for influencing others toward consensus
  • ability to understand and navigate multiple stakeholder perspectives, while fostering an open and inclusive environment for idea-sharing
  • fluent in English, with excellent written and spoken skills.

 

You are a perfect candidate if you also have:

 

  • awareness of emerging technologies and industry trends, with the ability to evaluate their relevance and applicability
  • general idea of AI legislation, ethical and practical concepts
  • previous involvement with low-code implementations of Power Platform and Copilot Studio solutions
  • experience working in a federated enterprise organization
  • experience working in an Agile environment is preferred
  • strong understanding of related technologies, such as OCR / LLM / Machine Learning.
