Business Analyst (for BlackLine Cloud)

The Business Analyst role is primarily focused on the deployment of BlackLine BSAR solution as common a platform in the Operating Companies (OpCo). The Business Analyst will be responsible for supporting the implementation of BlackLine BSAR in Operating Companies in scope of Digital Backbone Programme, as a Subject Matter Expert.

 

Your responsibilities would include:

 

  • ensuring the implementation of BlackLine BSAR based on the HEINKEN Enterprise Process Model (HEPM)
  • assisting in performing “as is” analysis during Solution Identification (SOL-ID) phase
  • providing expert knowledge in BSAR process
  • collecting required information for the Change Impact analysis and facilitating impact analysis execution and resolution
  • assisting in successfully closing of gaps between “as is” and “to be” situation
  • developing User Acceptance Test (UAT) scenarios and test scripts
  • preparing test data for UAT performance. Executing first round of tests before handing over to end users for UAT
  • coordinating testing cycle (authorizations, UAT, end to end tests, regression testing)
  • reporting back on defects detected during the testing and coordinates defect resolution
  • identifying training needs, creating / updating training materials and conducts trainings for end users
  • providing inputs for Toll Gate decks (milestones)
  • logging risks and issues that appear during configuration, training or other activities and following through on resolution of those issues
  • performing analysis during Ramp-up phase and proposes corrective actions
  • validating SLAs/KPIs/PPIs
  • developing and coordinating communication materials related to New Ways of Working
  • identifying improvement opportunities and integrating best practices for future resolution
  • capturing lessons learned and best practices from each implementation and integrating them into future impact resolution/improvement roadmaps
  • maintaining system until Business as Usual (BAU) support is established
  • ensuring adequate hand over to Business as Usual (BAU) after Stabilization phase and collaborating with Global Key user(s).

  • have excellent understanding of end-to-end BSAR process
  • have knowledge within SAP RtR Finance processes and data reconciliation
  • are self-learner and you have explorer mind-set
  • are passionate about quality and details
  • are proactive and solution oriented
  • have strong analytical skills
  • have strong and effective communication and presentation skills, strategic thinking, effective time management
  • have change management and stakeholder management experience
  • are able to communicate well with technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • have English language skills on a fluent level.

 

You are a perfect match if you also have:

 

  • experience with implementation of BlackLine BSAR solution
  • OpCo experience, OpCo network, HEINEKEN experience
  • Shared Services/ Global Business Services (GBS) experience
  • knowledge of project management methodology (P3M, PMP, Prince, Agile or equivalent)
  • proven contribution to process improvement/standardization project as a project member, with specific examples
  • experience in conducting trainings.
