Business Analyst (Bank Connectivity)

Your responsibilities would include:

• assist in performing ‘AS IS’ analysis during Solution Identification (SOLID) phase and collect required information for the Change Impact analysis; facilitate impact analysis execution and resolution
• assist in successfully closing gaps between “as is” and “to be” situation
• provide expert knowledge of the subject area and the project methodology
• write and review level 5 Standard Operation Procedures (SOPs)
• develop User Acceptance Test (UAT) scenarios and test scripts
• prepare test data for UAT performance and execute the first round of tests before handing over to end users for UAT
• coordinate testing cycle (authorizations, UAT, end-to-end tests, regression testing)
• report back on defects detected during testing and coordinate defect resolution
• develop and coordinate communication materials related to New Ways of Working
• identify training needs and conduct trainings for end users
• provide inputs for Toll Gate decks (milestones)
• log risks and issues that appear during configuration, training, or other activities and follow through on resolution
• perform analysis during Ramp-up phase and propose corrective actions
• validate SLAs/KPIs/PPIs
• identify improvement opportunities
• capture lessons learned and best practices from each implementation and integrate them into future impact resolution/improvement roadmaps
• ensure adequate handover to Business as Usual (BAU) after Stabilization phase
• drive personal development in leadership, functional competencies, and business knowledge by creating, agreeing, and implementing a Development Plan
• develop core end-to-end HEINEKEN process knowledge in the subject area.

You are a good candidate if you have:

• have end-to-end understanding of finance processes
• understand the end-to-end process strategy and its application to tasks and responsibilities, and explain them to relevant stakeholders
• demonstrate expertise in one of the transactional processes or finance solutions (tools)
• have proven experience with multiple tools and methodologies and familiarity with an ERP system
• possess strong analytical and project management skills
• have strong and effective communication and presentation skills, strategic thinking, and effective time management
• communicate well with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• (HEINEKEN experience with an understanding of Finance processes and OpCo situation would be an advantage)
• understand and have knowledge of StP Finance Global Standards and bank connectivity (or bank platforms), Query tool (SSF-IC, SharePoint, ServiceNow, HeiFlow)
• have working knowledge of payment processing (including validation and approval workflow)
• preferably have operational experience in StP (Invoice processing, Payments, etc.)
• have basic understanding of payment systems, API integration, and data analysis tools
• understand payment file structures (both in MT and MX formats)
• have basic knowledge of electronic bank statement structures in relevant formats (MT940/942, CAMT053/052)
• be proficient in comprehending technical documentation and liaising with various stakeholders
• possess exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities
• have robust attention to detail.
