Autobank Key User

Your responsibilities would include:

  • automate Bank statements and Remittance advices in Autobank & BPI solutions (create automatic rules to post AR/AP/GL payments, create mappings and build algorithms in Regular Expression)
  • maintain and improve AutoBank/BPI Master Data to control automation rates
  • perform local & global implementation projects for Autobank, BPI and Bank accounts
  • develop and test new automation functionalities in the area of Payments, Bank statements and Remittance advices
  • translate business needs into technical solutions
  • perform Autobank/BPI upgrades, create and store testing documentation
  • deliver training on Autobank/BPI to business teams & relevant stakeholders.


You are a good candidate if you have:

  • 3+ years of overall experience in Finance & Accounting, ideally in Bank Statement processing, Customer Payments and/or Accounts Receivable   
  • 1+ years of hands-on experience in FinTech/payment integrations or SAP implementations 
  • ability to perform FUT/SIT, create documentation and coordinate solutions with technical teams
  • solid problem-solving skills: the ability to understand complex scenarios and develop creative solutions    
  • experience in Autobank/BPI would be an asset
  • experience in Global implementation projects would be an asset
  • regex language would be an asset
  • VBA advanced would be an asset.
