Analytics Product Manager

Your responsibilities would include:
Product Deployment:
- coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth product deployment, including change management
- establishing and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure that product solutions are aligned with business needs
- working closely with customer-facing teams to develop and implement training and support materials
- measuring product performance and optimization based on gathered data and user feedback.
Product Development:
- developing detailed product requirements and specifications for innovative analytics products alongside the product owner
- working closely with data scientists, engineers and UX designers to drive product development in a lean/agile environment
- creating transparent communication to manage stakeholder engagement, validating product concepts and optimizing product development
- owning and managing the end-to-end product lifecycle from concept to launch, including market needs, product vision and strategy
- evaluating competitive offerings to ensure that the analytics product maintains its leadership in the marketplace.
You are a good candidate if you have:
- at least 5 years of experience in a product/tech/consulting or analytics role
- strong communication, project and stakeholder management, critical thinking and structured problem solving
- proven ability to develop product strategies and effectively communicate recommendations to technical and non-technical audiences
- experience working in an agile environment (e.g., user stories, iterative development, etc.)
- understanding of Data Lifecycle - you can navigate from data collection, analysis and translate insights and conclusions into actionable recommendations that deliver business value
- proven experience with KPI, metrics and value measurement methodologies
- ability to effectively manage and prioritize multiple projects, tasks and deliverables, with clear status updates and documentation
- experience in managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle (eg. Product vision, design, development, and market strategy
- adaptability to team needs while following organizational rules, with flexibility to change them when necessary
- experience with SQL (not developer-level, but ability to write basic to intermediate queries)
- excellent written and verbal English.
You are a perfect match if you also have:
- experience in data analysis, machine learning or a related field
- experience with Azure development environment
- experience working with a large development team (CI/CD)
- experience with Jira and Confluence
- FMCG or commerce background.
