Analyst Market to Cash

Your daily tasks may include:

• identifying and analyzing business impacts of implementing the Global Template
• identifying Operating Company (OpCo) and Region requirements, analyzing operational issues, proposing potential solutions, and supporting the implementation of processes and procedures after approval
• preparing and monitoring actual OpCo results
• analyzing and reporting OpCo results to OpCo, Region/Global, and Business Partners
• proactively looking for improvements in OpCo operational processes and PPI dashboard
• advising OpCo and Region in setting improvement targets
• developing and maintaining successful working relationships with key stakeholders.

You are a good match if you have:

• 3 years of relevant experience in a comparable position
• good understanding of Market to Cash process: Sales Order Management, Outbound Logistics, Pricing & Discounts, Order to Cash finance
• experience in monitoring and reporting process performance and process performance indicators 
• knowledge of PowerBI
• excellent business analytical skills to identify gaps and drive continuous improvement of service and customer satisfaction
• ability to understand E2E processes and the application to the tasks and responsibilities in this position
• basic understanding on Record to Report process.
