Agile Portfolio Consultant

You will work closely together with stakeholders from across the company, specialists within Digital & Technology incl. adjacent functions (Commerce, Supply Chain, Procurement, etc.). Your role sits within the Portfolio Management Team, meaning you will report to the Manager D&T Portfolio Management.


Your daily tasks may include:


  • Performing a mixed set of support activities (cross-charging, roadmap planning and data quality assurance for programmes and products/tribes in relevant tooling)
  • Support the Portfolio Management governance, by developing and maintaining plans, managing risks and issues, supporting change request impact assessment and tracking, project administration & operational contact with vendors.
  • Ensure proper project documentation for knowledge management and audit requirements.
  • Staying in constant contact with both business and suppliers to ensure optimal added value of the projects and services
  • Co-develop presentation materials for (senior) stakeholder meetings
  • A continuous improvement mindset on the (Agile) internal way of working, processes, and tooling

You are a good match if:


  • You have a completed HBO or WO/Master education
  • You have at least 3 years of work experience in a comparable Project / Programme Management and/or Service Management role within a large, international, organization
  • You have hands-on experience with IT Project Management in complex projects and Agile/Scrum Way of Working
  • You have excellent command of English language, spoken and written
  • You have experience in rollout global solution operating across the markets
