Your responsibilities would include:
- supporting the process & events that results in a Portfolio roadmap
- supporting throughout the planning & monitoring process by assuring quality data, documents, communication in place to plan, agree and monitor OpCo roadmaps across regions, OpCos other functions, GTO organisation
- provisioning of reliable data (e.g. time, cost) dashboards and support at portfolio events to monitor & assure portfolio (product & project) value delivery (within time, cost, quality)
- SPOC for PTP processes in place that underpin the portfolio management
- reporting to portfolio stakeholders on performance & adjustments to portfolio & plans
- contributing to the delivery of standards & adherence to these standards (e.g. D&T architecture, development/deployment framework/P3M, Agile WoW)
- contributing to the Agile WoW, portfolio and program management capabilities and standards within the Portfolio and across the organization (process, tooling, data, people).
You are a good candidate if you have:
- at least 3 years of work experience in a comparable Project Management and/or Service Management role within a large organization
- hands-on experience with IT Project Management in complex projects and the Agile/Scrum Way of Working
- excellent command of English language, spoken and writing.
