Agile PMO Specialist

Your responsibilities would include:

• performing a versatile set of activities on both project and support side
• supporting the project governance, by developing and maintaining plans, managing risks and issues, supporting change request impact assessment and tracking, project administration & operational contact with vendors
• supporting finance management in projects and operations for budgeting, accounting, reporting, cross charging and administrative process
• staying in constant contact with both business and suppliers to ensure optimal added value of the projects and services
• ensuring proper project documentation for knowledge management and audit requirements
• co-developing presentation materials for (senior) stakeholder meetings
• driving and supporting on continuous improvement of the (Agile) project's internal way of working
• supporting weekly and bi-weekly one-to-one meetings, including issuing template reports and writing up minutes/actions
• setting up optimal Service Management processes for the services in your portfolio, and ensuring the correct implementation thereof.

You are a good candidate if you have:

• completed HBO or WO/Master education
• at least 3 years of work experience in a comparable Project Management and/or Service Management role within a large organization
• finance management experience in projects and operations, including hands-on SAP experience is mandatory
• hands-on experience with IT Project Management in complex projects and the Agile/Scrum Way of Working
• hands-on experience with IT Service Management (ITIL)
• excellent command of English language, spoken and written
• experience in rollout global solutions operating across the markets.
