As Agile PMO Lead, you are a key member of the Connected Brewery (CB) Portfolio, which delivers digital solutions that intelligently support the shop floor of our breweries and unlock insights that were previously not possible.
The Smart Brewery is an industrial facility with very high efficiency and minimal maintenance time, monitored, diagnosed, and continuously improved on-site or remotely through digital capabilities. You play a pivotal role in enabling effective governance, coaching, and delivery across a hybrid landscape of Agile product teams and waterfall-based deployment teams.
You work closely with Product Owners, Project and Program Leads, supplier development teams, deployment teams, and central and brewery-based Supply Chain stakeholders.
Your responsibilities would include:
Portfolio, Project & Agile Governance
- acting as Agile PMO Lead for CB, ensuring consistent and pragmatic application of project and portfolio governance
- developing, maintaining, and improving standards for planning, reporting, risk and issue management, dependency tracking, and change control
- supporting execution across complex, multi-vendor, multi-market initiatives
- driving transparency and predictability across the portfolio through clear metrics, reporting, and governance forums.
Financial Management & Reporting
- providing financial management support for projects and operations, including budgeting, forecasting, cost tracking, cross-charging, and reporting
- ensuring alignment between financial plans, delivery progress, and value realization
- supporting administrative and financial processes in line with D&T and Finance requirements.
PMO Leadership & Ways of Working
- coaching and enable PMO and Project Management activities across the program
- bridging Agile product delivery and waterfall-based deployments by aligning planning, dependencies, governance, and reporting
- promoting pragmatic, hybrid ways of working suited to large-scale, industrial, and global rollout environments
- driving continuous improvement of portfolio and project ways of working across execution models.
Stakeholder & Vendor Management
- acting as a trusted partner for stakeholders around Connected Brewery and the D&T Supply Chain domain
- maintaining continuous engagement with business stakeholders and suppliers to ensure optimal value delivery
- supporting governance with external vendors, including operational follow-up and performance tracking.
Documentation, Knowledge & Communication
- ensuring high-quality project and portfolio documentation for knowledge management and audit requirements
- co-developing clear, concise, and compelling presentations and dashboards for senior stakeholder forums
- translating complex topics into structured, actionable insights to support decision-making.
You are a good candidate if you have:

5–8+ years of experience in Project Management, PMO, and/or Service Management roles within complex enterprise environments

strong financial management experience in projects and operations

proven experience coaching Project Managers, Scrum Masters, and Product Leaders

hands-on experience working in Agile/Scrum environments, including hybrid Agile–waterfall setups

experience delivering and rolling out global solutions across multiple markets

high stakeholder awareness and confidence engaging with senior leadership

ability to simplify complex topics and drive effective discussions

strong presentation, communication, and writing skills in English
-
high attention to detail with a strong end-to-end delivery mindset
-
hands-on knowledge of IT Service Management (ITIL) in delivery and transition contexts is a plus.
