A&R Analyst

Your responsibilities would include:

• preparing and posting journal entries, balance sheet accounts reconciliation process
• performing Fixed Asset accounting, month end, quarter end and the year-end close process
• providing audit support specific to general accounting
• identifying and solving common cross-process (PTP, OTC, RTR) issues
• assisting in the preparation of statutory account packs
• responding to queries from stakeholders via e-mail/telephone in alignment with service management processes.
• ensuring accurate and timely delivery of required financial reports that meet or exceed the Service Level Agreement
• identing and propose process improvements within own area of responsibility 
• maintaining  process documentation of your area of responsibilities up to date
• cooperating  with other Sub-Ledger teams (AP, AR, Cash Management) in accounts reconciliation/ analyse all general ledger accounts
• supporting Accounting & Reporting Team Leader & Accounting & Reporting Lead in identifying, defining and implementingprocesses improvement opportunities
• assisting  with operational dashboard. Ensures data for all assigned metrics are available
• coordinating  compliance of the process and proactively introduce best practices.

You are a good candidate if you have:

• Bachelors or Master’s degree in Finance or Accounting
• very good written and verbal English
• interest in developing in Record to Report area
• excellent level of Excel
• strong attention to details
• ability to prioritize and organize your tasks very well
• approach work with passion and engagement.

Nice to have:

• Project skills
• Lean/Six Sigma certification
• Knowledge of any accounting standards
