This role is part of the Digital & Technology (D&T) department of HEINEKEN International, located in the HEINEKEN Global Shared Services. D&T is committed to delivering cutting-edge innovation, strong technology, and advanced analytics to ensure HEINEKEN maintains a competitive edge in a rapidly evolving digital landscape. 
The Data Modeler plays a key role in implementing HEINEKEN's data strategy, focusing on harmonising and standardising data handling across the enterprise. 


Your responsibilities would include:

• leading the design and evolution of enterprise-level data models
• ensuring consistent definitions of key business data objects across platforms
• translating complex integration requirements into structured, harmonised data models
• guiding governance and modeling standards across domains
• partnering with architects, integration teams, and business leaders
• mentoring data professionals entering enterprise modeling
• you will not only model data — you will define how systems integrate at scale.
  
  You are a good candidate if you have:
• 5+ years of experience working with enterprise data, SAP structures, or integrations
• understanding relational modeling and complex data relationships
• having participated in large cross-system or transformation initiatives
• ability confidently engage both technical and business stakeholders
• eagerness to influence enterprise architecture, not just individual systems
• experience with modeling tools (e.g., Sparx EA), SQL, Python, and enterprise governance frameworks is an additional advantage.
