HEINEKEN Global Shared Service in Krakow working with other HEINEKEN Operating Companies in Europe also requires Support functions for smooth Operations.

TRANSFORMATION

As part of our team you will have the unique opportunity to play a key role in driving the delivery of the Transformation agenda to achieve our company strategy and successfully building the future capabilities for HEINEKEN. You will have high exposure to different stakeholders in our centre, our operating companies and Global Functions and be part of the team innovating our ways of working in HEINEKEN.

The transformation team has four highly talented teams:

-     Portfolio Delivery successfully manage the HGSS Projects’ Portfolio to deliver Heineken business outcomes

-     SHARP-X Delivery oversee and drive the delivery of the SHARP-X Programme within HGSS

-     Project Management Office (PMO) oversee HGSS Project Portfolio Funnel to ensure compliance with standards, enabled by appropriate data and tooling

-     Transition Management Office (TMO) setup and drive the successful Transition of work to HGSS

SHARP-X PROGRAMME

SHARP-X is one of the largest business transformation programmes in the history of HEINEKEN. The programme will provide a central finance backbone for Europe that gives us a common business language and enables us to progressively and rapidly move to digitally enabling other functions. Our European Regional strategy sets out a powerful vision for digital transformation. This transformation will be enabled by our SHARP-X programme.

OPERATIONAL EXCELLENCE

Operational excellence’s vision is to enable best in class process and sustainable continuous improvement in quality, cost, productivity and stakeholder experience, guiding and partnering HEINEKEN organization (Operations, OpCo, HO) in the journey towards excellence in Service Delivery and Transformation.

Operational excellence competencies include:

Process expertise

Process Specialists being an extension of Global Process Owners in HGSS, actively standardize, optimize and mature the E2E process, to drive process excellence, efficiency and adherence to standard design. They ensure that process knowledge in operations is increasing and that best practices are captured and shared within operations.

Knowledge Management supports new joiners in onboarding to the operations by delivering process related trainings, manages knowledge capturing and retention (Standard Operating Procedures), documents and shares good practices.

CPI methodology

Continuous Process Improvement enables and facilitates the never-ending quest of implementing improvements across the organization by supporting with CPI methodology, providing LSS trainings, couching and certifying projects based on positive business cases.

Analytics

Process Analysts provide insights into data and process performance, they make the data speak, consume the data available in the organization for preparation of dashboards and visualizations used in internal and external governance.

BI Solutions centralizes PowerBI and SharePoint capabilities, are responsible for optimizing information & reporting structure, develops BI solutions and supports the organization in its journey towards a truly Data Driven Organization.

Automation

Automation supports the organization by developing automations as part of projects and Quick Wins, takes care of maintenance of existing solutions. For the optimal technology selection, Automation is supported by D&T.

Relationship Management

Relationship Leads focuses on improving and streamlining stakeholder interactions including governance and contract / scope management. Responsible for Stakeholder Satisfaction Framework by measuring the satisfaction on both OpCo and HGSS side and making sure that improvement actions are put in place.

BASE PROGRAMME

What is BASE? The BASE Programme is a global cross-functional, business-led initiative that delivers standard ways-of-working (both processes and ERP) across Regions.

The Global Functions – Supply Chain (Logistics and Production), Commerce, Finance, and Procurement – have worked together with Global Information Services to create a cross-functional, common set of core processes*. The BASE Programme leverages these core processes and delivers them as standard ways of working in selected ERPs (JDE Oracle for Asia Pacific and HeiLite Microsoft Navision for Africa, Middle East & Caribbean).

Programme Vision - why BASE? To enable Heineken to become more agile and efficient. How? Based on standardized data and processes.

Which role Krakow plays in BASE? In Krakow we have the Finance team of BASE, the team of the BASE Finance Business Analysts who are end-to-end subject matter experts for each finance stream (OTC, PTP, RTR, BPM) responsible to deploy the standard ways of working.

Transition Methodology - these are the activities performed in order to deploy the BASE standard WoW in Asia Pacific and Africa/MidEast:

  • Conducting SolID before onsite/now remotely. Analyzing gaps AS IS vs TO BE and raising change requests when required
  • Performing FAT (ERP testing) - preparing and Updating documentation (SOP, Training material, BRDs, FDDs etc.)
  • Providing KU Trainings before onsite/now remotely
  • Supporting the 1st Month End Closing after GoLive onsite
  • Supporting the stabilization phase after GoLive.

HUMAN RESOURCES 

With HR-related processes we take care of the business so business can take care of the people.

HR is built by Professionals in the various teams: HRBP team, HR Services team, Talent Acquisition team, Learning and Development team, Facility team and Total Rewards team.

The HR Business Partners challenge, coach and support Managers to define and implement HR strategy and vision, in order to contribute to a winning HEINEKEN Krakow organization.

Main responsibilities of the HR Business Partner include:

  • Supporting managers and leaders in all strategic and operational HR aspects, especially in the area of organization design, rightsizing, resource planning, performance & talent management, reward & recognition practices
  • Supporting the process leaders in defining talent pipeline and succession planning needs ensuring the business continues to identify, sustain and develop internal talent
  • Coaching leaders on people management skills and responsibilities, challenging them and acting as their sounding board
  • Supporting design and implementation of the Employee Engagement strategy by working closely with the management to ensure high employees' engagement
  • Supporting managers and employees in the process of any cultural or business change
  • Leading or being part of projects in alignment with current business requirements
  • Implementing global HR processes, tools and policies and supporting their application
  • Consulting employees in the area of employees' relations (e.g. labor law, HR policies) and their development

As Learning and Development team we are building and delivering development programs and trainings that match with the business strategy and transformation and enable our employees to develop key skills within the growth mindset approach.

As HR Services team we support HEINEKEN Krakow employees in day-to-day queries in the area of HR administration, HR systems, internal polices and regulations, labor law, payroll and benefits.

As Total Rewards team we ensure Fair, Competitive and Financially Responsible remuneration that drives our Performance. This includes compensation and benefits benchmarking, budget planning and its execution with extra focus on HR performance assessment cycles, review of existing practices, job evaluation, HR data analysis and more.

As Talent Acquisition Team we are divided into administration and recruitment team. We take care of end-to-end recruitment process for HGSS and actively search for top talents on polish market.

HGSS is growing instantly and there are many adventures in transitions and special project we are engaged with!

GLOBAL MASTER DATA

In Heineken Krakow we have 3 Master Data teams: Global Data Services Operations, HO/HBBV/HGP/HGSS Master Data and Central Master Data. 

GLOBAL PROCESS & CONTROL IMPROVEMENT

Process & Control Improvement (P&CI) is a department within Heineken that is the custodian of the company`s Internal Control Framework.

P&CI drives the design, implementation and monitoring of controls and processes to ensure efficiency and effectiveness in the company. P&CI is a key business partner to Heineken Global Shared Services and to Operating Companies Management enabling them to operate best-in-class processes and controls as well as supporting their decisions with our risk expertise and early warning. We seek for the efficient and cost effective ways to build and operate controls environment around the identified risks. 

GLOBAL PROCESS EXPERTS

The Team of Global Process Experts, as regional representatives of the Global Process team, translates the global process vision and strategy into regional focus and priorities for E2E process improvements, in close collaboration with key stakeholders. Every Process Expert ensures E2E process excellence through process expertise and quality assurance, safeguarding the global process design, standards and ambition, always driving process maturity growth.

INTERNAL FINANCE

Our aim is to support other departments in order right business decisions are taken. We serve multiple services inside of our organization such as: 

Preparation of the consolidated Management Reports with the aim of supporting the HGSS’s performance analysis and decision-making 

Preparing and monitoring actual results. Supporting each monthly accounting close (analyzing cost, accruals preparation etc.) 

Developing and maintaining successful working relationships with TLs, PMs, HGSS Director, GSP&BC and other key stakeholders while acting as Business Partner... and much more!

CHANGE & COMMUNICATIONS

We drive change in the organization by helping lead and manage it. We also make sure the information flow in and outside of HEINEKEN Krakow is smooth, to the point and reaching all necessary stakeholders.
