The Digital & Technology function has been created to help accelerate, mobilise and orchestrate Heineken’s journey to become the best-connected brewer by empowering our consumers, customers and employees with innovative digital solutions to digitize processes and accelerate data driven decision making. The function is made up of 3 core areas; 1) Technology focused on deploying a secure, standard & 'digital core' in line with global standards & systems, 2) Digital solutions transforming key processes to drive End2End efficiency & create new revenue streams through innovative digital solutions, and 3) Business Intelligence & Analytics creating data driven insights to grow our business through self-serve Power BI reports and advanced analytic methods to answer critical business questions.
