Purpose of the job:
Develop and implement the Commercial Strategy, Execution Plan and Continuous Improvement Cycle for the On Trade Channel (Where to play, How to win, What to do).
Key Accountabilities :
- Market Intelligence: Implement a structured approach to regularly collect and update consumer/shopper/customer insights for defined priority channels and all activations
- Channel Activation: Plan, Execute and Track activations including a Picture of Success executed based on both permanent as well as promotional deliverables
- Channel Execution: Draft activity brief, prepare POSM, timeline, operation manual, and contract to ensure that execution of the month proceeds smoothly.
- Continuous Improvement Cycle: Imbed continuous improvement methodology to ensure that the commercial plans are executed with excellence in market
- Data Driven Sales: Use data driven sales methodology to drive efficient and effective sales decisions.
- Cross Functional Collaboration: Extensive cross-functional collaboration including with field sales, brand marketing and finance
Key Knowledge and Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance or any related fields.
- Minimum 1 - 2 years of relevant Trade channel marketing, brand marketing or field sales experience.
- Excellent Command of English both written and spoken.
