Talent Management Specialist

Key Accountabilities: 

 

Talent Acquisition: 

  • Manage recruitment and selection through improving average time to fill for all vacancies.
  • Lead end to end talent acquisition agenda from employer branding, better candidate experience, attraction campaigns, onboarding, and monitoring/ regularly new recruits’ overall well-beings
  • Understand, assess external and internal factors that impact recruitment or talent acquisition activities and propose solutions to tackle those issues
  • Act as a talent acquisition partner to the business including hiring managers’ upskilling as part of capability development agenda
  • Lead a structured and effective induction programme that ensures new joiners have the necessary tools, knowledge, information in response to the role and business need
  • Coordinate all talent acquisition initiatives to maintain a healthy talent pipeline across all functions
  • Propose new solutions to tackle recruitment challenges through understanding external factors and it’s impact on recruitment activities 

Talent Management & Employer Branding

  • Coordinate the implementation and development of all young talent programs (local trainee program, HEINEKEN Graduate Program, and Global Graduate Program)
  • Initiate engaging external campaigns/program to build pipelines, reputations, and employer brand positioning.
  • Assist POD managers to design new initiatives and innovations

Employee Engagement

  • Lead employee engagement activities in order to support the winning culture (inclusive, engaged and performance driven) transformation in the organization
  • L&D: Initiate and implement L&D activity as part of employee engagement.
  • Process & Control: identify further pain-points for employee’s experience and initiate its supporting mechanic (policy/SOP, communication, review, etc.).
  • Support/Lead a robust performance management cycle, from providing direction in alignment with global agendas, execution, communication, to system technical supports.

Customer Centric Process improvements

  • Participate in improving our POD processes with the aim to improve customer services, reduce cost, increase operation efficiency
  • Act as a guardian of recruitment and e-learning functionality in the system and escalate issues to the global team for solutions (if needed)
  • Assist in certain transformational projects to further improve, digitalize the process and way of working

Culture Transformation

  • Assist POD Manager in the CT Agenda
  • Own and Lead company Pulse and Climate Survey, as the only numerically and anonymously driven tool to understand employee’s pain-points and analyse them with actions suggestions. Ensure baton passing successfully to succeeding future climate survey lead
