Supply Chain Product Owner
The Product Owner is responsible for leading the product vision, strategy, and roadmap the product. They are accountable for the end-to-end development and delivery of the product. They represent the “Voice of User” by ensuring the product delivers value to both business and the user within the budget planned for the product.
- Define and communicate the product vision and strategy, ensuring alignment with the company vision and goals.
- Conduct market research, customer feedback, and data analysis to identify opportunities and validate product ideas.
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators and success metrics for the products.
- Communicate the product vision and strategy to relevant business stakeholders.
- Prioritizing the features and tasks based on the value and impact for the customers and the business.
- Manage the scope and expectations of the product delivery with business stakeholders by co-creating clear change request forms and updating the progress.
- Ensure the sprint completion meets a minimum of 70% each sprint.
- Troubleshooting and resolving any product technical issue that may arise.
- Provide feedback and guidance throughout the development process, ensuring the quality and usability of the product.
- Coordinate with local or global vendor on end-to-end product development activities, such as development, testing, training, and implementation support.
- Coordinate with business user to manage the change management process to ensure desired state is achieved.
- Review the usage of planned budget for each product.
