Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist

Manage our E2E talent acquisition/recruitment agenda across functions and job grades.

Lead talent acquisition program including graduate program, internship program, local and regional talent programs.

Own the recruiting and onboarding process both in system and offline experience (for better candidates and employee experience).

Oversee opportunities for process improvement and new policy/procedures development.

Employer branding proposition (EBP):

  • Developing and implementing employer branding strategies by working closely with our people/HR function, corporate affairs, regional and global team.
  • Monitoring on digital employer branding content on our company sites including Facebook, LinkedIn and Telegram channel.
  • Managing relationship with schools, universities, potential youth groups in order to strengthen the candidates pipeline and improve quality of hires.

Talent acquisition/Recruitment:

  • Leading end to end talent acquisition/recruitment agenda: including improving the quality of hires, providing quality candidates recommendation, and managing end to end hiring and onboarding process.
  • Acting as a talent acquisition partner to the business including advising and upskilling hiring managers’ hiring.
  • Continuously assessing and improving the effectiveness and efficiency of recruitment lead time, processes, programs, channels, recruitment partners if needed.
  • Leading a structured and effective induction programme that ensures new joiners have the necessary tools, knowledge, information in response to the role and business need.
  • Continuously monitoring and improving talent interview or assessment criteria for better hiring quality.
  • Understanding and assessing external and internal factors that impact recruitment activities and propose solutions to tackle those issues.

Talent programs:

  • Leading deployment of talent programs including graduates program and internship programs inline with company (local, regional and global) talent acquisition strategy.

Process control and improvement:

  • Acting as a guardian of company recruitment and selection policy/procedure, functional expert in recruitment system including driving and maximizing the use of the system, as well as budget management to drive diverse and inclusive talent acquisition processes
  • Leading and improving talent acquisition processes with the aim to improve candidates’ experience, improve efficiency, reduce cost and add more value to the business.
  • Involving in certain assigned transformational or improvement projects to further embed digital, data driven mindset and ways of workings.
