Senior Brand Manager

Overall brand management to ensure the achievement of pre-determined profit, volume, market share and brand power objectives of ABC

Main Responsibilities:

 

  • Develop and align brand marketing plans with Trade Marketing & Sales, Finance, Media, and Research teams.
  • Monitor and analyze brand and competitor performance, market situation (market share, distribution, volumes, brand health indexes, etc.).
  • Define new opportunities for category and brand development, including innovations in both products and campaigns.
  • Manage new product innovation or renovation projects (with the Innovation team).
  • Collaborate effectively with external and internal stakeholders to achieve commercial (volume and brand power) targets.
  • Develop communication strategies and create communication assets, information materials, and product presentations for different internal and external partners.
  • Manage marketing budget effectively.
  • Deeply understand consumer needs and insights, and initiate recommendations to improve market brand positions, including portfolio, price positioning, communications, and promo activities.
  • Constantly monitor sales results, considering brands' regional and trade channel sales performance as a basis for identifying needs for corrective actions.

 

Skills and Knowledge:

  • Marketing: Understanding and applying marketing theories and concepts in practical scenarios.
  • Brand Finance / Budget Management
  • Understanding in demand forecast processes
  • Strong commercial sense is a plus.
  • Agility and ability to adapt to a changing environment.

 

Main Requirements:

  • University degree (Business Management, Marketing, or Economics preferred).
  • 5+ years of experience in brand management or product management, and new product launches (FMCG sector is a plus).
  • Experience in strategic projects: Proven track record in both brand and commercial contexts.
  • High level of self-organization, independence, and proactiveness.
  • Experience in handling complexity in both processes and stakeholders
  • Profound analytical & problem-solving skills.
  • Reliable, meticulous and results-focus
  • Excellent project management, communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Upper intermediate to advanced English proficiency.
